Nathaniel, otherwise known as Nate, is a third-generation Rochester native who attended John Marshall High School and graduated from RCTC the same year with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. He started working at Mayo Clinic not long after graduating and learned a great deal about service, the community, and how to be a good steward. Nate was also a nationally ranked boxer throughout his eight-year youth career and competed in the Junior Olympics. In his spare time, Nate goes by the artist name, “Nathan Smooth” and has recently released his debut music album that includes a hit single about his beloved home state called, 10,000 Lakes. Nate is driven, creative, passionate, and has a solid, proven work ethic. He joined the Gwaltney team in early 2023 and looks forward to serving you in your real estate journey.
