Donovan was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota graduating from Century High School. Donovan previously worked at Mayo Clinic serving patients throughout the St. Marys campus, ensuring they arrived to their appointments on time while providing the world-class customer service Mayo Clinic is known for. He then soon realized he loved working with people but wanted to do more and make a bigger impact. After expressing interest to a family member about becoming a Real Estate Agent, he attended Kaplan Real Estate School and acquired his license. Donovan has always loved helping others with projects around the house, loves to golf, and likes to go camping with friends and family.
